There are few places in the world that give the feeling they were created for a specific reason, Sinai, for example. A sea in a million shades of blue. Breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the water. Endless peace and quiet
that cannot be experienced anywhere else in the world. Nothing can compare to this magic of Sinai.
It’s time to fall in love again.
Three days of improv, playback theatre, music, and movement. Healing and rest for the body, the heart, and the mind. An opportunity to take a moment of respite and make space for yourself. We will practice practical tools from the worlds of playback, improvisation, and acting—tools for release, listening, and lightness within our daily routine. The upcoming retreat will be themed around Choice – together we will create, listen, sing, play, laugh, be moved, and above all – recharge ourselves.
We will expand our capacity for presence, confidence, flexibility, and creative freedom, all while surrounded by the mesmerizing landscapes and the endless tranquility of Sinai.
Not included: Getting to the border independently, border crossing fees, medical insurance.

The schedule is subject to change, and attendance is not mandatory (though it’s highly recommended to participate in all workshops). Everything is optional and for your benefit.
Yes, you can and it is even recommended to come alone. A large number of participants often arrive by themselves. Attending the retreat alone is an opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. When nobody knows you, you have the freedom to be who you truly are, without familiar patterns or social expectations. This allows for deep connection, openness to meet new people, and an empowering personal process. You can also come with a partner or family members—whatever supports and enables you to attend.
That’s wonderful! I’m excited for you. You’re about to visit one of the most magical places and likely fall in love with it. I invite you to come with an open heart and mind for a unique experience.
To make the transition easier, you can meet the group at the Taba border crossing and cross together. Additionally, someone from the retreat team will be waiting at the border. A pre-arranged taxi will be waiting for us on the Egyptian side to take everyone together to the hosting beach.
Traveling to the Taba border is done independently. You can find travel partners through a dedicated WhatsApp group that will be opened prior to the weekend.
If you’re interested in public transportation, there is a bus line from Cairo and shuttles available from Sharm.
Once you arrive at the Taba border crossing, we can cross the border together. On the Egyptian side, a large taxi will be waiting to take us all to the hosting beach. The drive takes about 45 minutes.
Basically, all you need is a valid passport, some personal items, and to arrive at the border on the scheduled day and time or whenever is convenient for you.
Recommended personal items:
– Comfortable clothing for movement activities
– White clothing for Friday evening
– Swimsuit, mask, and snorkel
– Water shoes
– Personal water bottle
– Flip-flops, hat
– Toiletries
– Notebook and pen
– Musical instrument if you have one
There’s no need to bring towels, sheets, or bedding as the camp maintains high cleanliness standards.
Beyond that, you can organize and purchase most things in Sinai, often at a low cost.
Absolutely! It doesn’t really matter if you’re a beginner or experienced. What’s important is the place, the space, and the human interaction. The essence of the activity is to be yourself to the fullest, which is always the core practice. It’s an opportunity to open up to a new world or to practice and refine what you’ve learned so far. The content and workshops are relevant for everyone.
This is one of the most frequently asked questions. Usually, the age range is quite broad, and the beauty lies in forming deep connections with those we didn’t expect to connect with.
Typically, the age range is between 25 and 55.
Come with an open heart and kind eyes, and you’ll find that age is an internal matter. The feeling of being part of a multi-generational group is incredibly rewarding, educational, and powerful!
The workshops at the retreat will be diverse and focus on key areas such as: releasing and authenticity, being in the moment and acting from it, deep empathetic listening, spontaneity as a driving force, working from the body, voice, and emotions, imagination and creativity, powerful reflection techniques, and the principle of “first of all, yes.”
To help you get ready for the trip, you’ll receive a detailed document from me explaining everything, leaving no room for confusion. In general, you should:
1. Ensure your passport is valid.
2. Purchase travel insurance.
And that’s it, you’re all set for the journey!
